William “Billy” John Stoddard II

William “Billy” John Stoddard II, age 60, of Clarksville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. He was born on September 18, 1966, in Batavia, New York, to the late Thomas and Mary Ward.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the hour of the service.

Billy was a hardworking man who spent many years as a painter at Wylie Steel Fabricators in Springfield, Tennessee. He later worked for Earth Science Engineering in Clarksville, Tennessee.

He enjoyed working with his hands, especially fixing lawn mowers. He loved attending auctions and flea markets with his Uncle Ed and dear friends Pat and Stevie. Known for his kind heart and generous spirit, Billy was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Billy was a devoted Tennessee Vols fan and formerly attended Excel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Savannah Burnett (David) and Amber Smith (Allen); his brothers, Timothy Ward (Jennifer) and William Ward (Lori); his sister, Margaret Sullivan; his grandchildren, Trent, Carson, Preston, and Grayson; and his nephews, Thomas Ward and Jacob Keatts.
