William Smith

William Ray Smith, 62, Clarksville, died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave-Larson Chapel with Rev. Kevin Roberson officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born July 6, 1946 in Clarksville,son of T.W. and Bertha Mae Nicks Smith. Mr. Smith was a self employed painter and a member of First Baptist Church of St. Bethlehem and a U.S. Army Veteran. Other than his mother, of Clarksville, he is survived by a sister, Brenda Curtis, Clarksville; nephew, Zachary Cobb; niece, Tonya Rhodes.
