William "Pete" Dyer

William Lee “Pete” Dyer, age 90 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at his residence with his family by his side.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023 at the Schmidt Family Park, 138 D R Barnes Rd, Tennessee Ridge, TN, 37178.

Pete entered this life on June 25, 1933 in Thebes, IL, son to the late Garvey Dyer and Marie Brown Dyer. Pete had a passion for golfing, fishing and hunting, but his true love was his family; he will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Dorothy Inez Barnes Dyer; daughters, Angie Dyer, Dottie (Glenn) Falter, Regina Hudson, Sheri Ann (Allen) Sinks, and Kristi (Dwight) Dew. Pete also leaves behind his 13 precious grandchildren and his 10 precious great-grandchildren.
