William Donald Blackwell William Donald Blackwell, 75, Guthrie, KY, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007, at Montgomery County Care and Rehab. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Dave Brown and Rev. Shane Day officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Guthrie, KY. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born October 25, 1931 in Montgomery County, TN, son of Walter Lawrence and Idell Heggie Blackwell. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Walter Blackwell and a sister, Annie Moore. Mr. Blackwell was a Baptist, a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a home builder in the Nashville area for over 45 years. Survivors inlcude his wife, Sue Williams Blackwell, Guthrie; daughters, Donna Sue (Joe) Hollingsworth, and Diane (Clifford) Williams; sisters, Juanita (Rick) Jordan and Linda Blackwell; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Douglas Conquest, Phillip Conquest, Marty Hollingsworth, Terrell Williams, Tyler Williams, Joe Hollingsworth and Clifford Williams.
