Wendell "Wendy" Webb

Wendell “Wendy” Webb, age 82 of Tennessee Ridge, TN, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023 at his residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday, August 20, 2023 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Stephen Cathey officiating. Burial will follow in Summers Cemetery.

The Webb family will receive friends on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon.

Wendy entered this life on August 20, 1940 in Stewart, TN, son to the late Murray Clyde Webb and Ruby May Allison Webb. Wendy was a proud retired member of the teamsters union and loved working in his yard; however, his true passion in life was his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Wendy was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Stavely Webb; daughter, Linda Webb; great-grandson, Jackson Spears; siblings, Looney Webb, Jenny Bradley, Mary “Dude” Nickolia, Carolyn Hojnacki, and Clyde Webb.

Survivors include his loving children, Mark (Jennifer) Webb, Kendall McClain, Steve (fiance’ Darrin Durham) Webb, Kim (Andy) McClain, Joy (Randy) Lowe, Eric (fiancé Shari Councell) Webb; siblings, Olive Anne “Sissy” Tanner, George Webb, Bonnie Dunavant, and Barbara Voran. Wendy also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Cameron Webb, Derek Webb, Jamie (Molly) McClain, Brittney (Chris) Hurt, Macy (Matthew) Frady, Triton McClain, Laken McClain, Cliff (Tina Martin) Brewer, Austin (Ashley) Black, Marty (Macy) Harris, Megan (Spencer) Nelson; and 17 great-grandchildren.
