Virginia Ruth Ellis, 84 years old of Clarksville passed away May 2, 2013 .
Graveside Funeral services will be held Sunday May 5, 2013 at 2:30 PM at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Rev Felts Dent officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 12 Noon until 2 PM at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ellis was born April 2, 1929 in Dickson County, the daughter of the late Rufus and Bessie Burgess Eleazer.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, five siblings, and a granddaughter, Leslie Stephens. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lester Ellis Sr, and together they operated Lester Ellis Plumbing.
Survivors include her son, Lester Ellis Jr and wife Linda, daughters, Tamy Ellis, Linda Lancaster and husband Mike Lancaster, and Brenda Boyd and her husband Art Crotzer. Grandchildren Victoria “Charley” Ellis, Jesse McLendon, and Great Grandchildren, Ben McLendon, Rayna McLendon, Ross Stephens.
