In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Denise.
Survivors include his loving partner, Sherry Weber; children, Karissa L. Waynick Willmon, Nathan Carrick, Jamison Carrick, and Amber, 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and brother, Cliford Carrick.
