Thelma Loree Brooks Felts

Thelma Loree Brooks Felts, age 93 formerly of Erin, TN, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024 in Dickson, TN. 

 A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 8, 2024 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in the Brooks Family Cemetery.

 The Felts family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Monday afternoon at the funeral home. 

 Thelma entered this life on September 9, 1930 in Erin, TN, daughter to the late Rodney Earl Brooks and Ollie Lee Alsbrooks Brooks. Thelma was a devoted Pastor’s wife for 39 years, something she was extremely grateful for. 

 In addition to her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Felts; siblings, Melvin Brooks, Mildred Sugg, and Robert Brooks. 

 Survivors include her loving children, Eddie Felts, (Cheryl), Deborah Ashby (Clayton), Brenda Turner (Larry) Chris Felts (Karen); siblings, Roscoe Brooks (Earline), Edith Adams, and Evelyn Burgess (Lloyd). Thelma also leaves behind her precious grandchildren, Tim Smith (Whitney), Rebecca Summers (Chris), Kimberly Ashby, Josh Turner (April), Wendy Fisher, Courtney Hooper (Joey) Lindsey Haun (John), Dalton Reiny; and eleven great-grandchildren.

 Family will serve as pallbearers.
