Teodoro Hernandez-Cruz

Teodoro Hernandez-Cruz, age 55 of Clarksville, passed away on July 27, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastor Modesto Martinez officiating. Burial will follow with full military honors at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Teodoro was born on September 14, 1958 in Puerto Rico, the son of Teodoro Hernandez and Gladys Angelica Cruz. He retired from the U.S. Army as an SSG and also had worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Nashville. He was a deacon and member of Christian Fellowship Flock Church for 22 years.
He is survived by his sons, Robert Ivan Acosta and Teodoro Hernandez III; daughter, Eunice Angelica Hernandez; brothers, Nelson Hernandez-Cruz, Wilfredo Hernandez-Cruz, Daniel Hernandez Cruz; sisters, Zoraida Lugo, Nancy Hernandez-Cruz, and Yolanda McNeal.
