Susan Bell

Susan Bell, age 75 of Erin, TN, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at her home after a long battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, October 25 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Erin with Rev. Paul Moody officiating. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
Susan entered this life on July, 13, 1945 in Dubuque IA, daughter to the late Karl Holder and Susan Jean Fullerton Holder. Susan grew up in Miami, Florida and attended Coral Gables High School. She moved to Erin her senior year, where she was a 1964 graduate of Houston County High School. She attended and graduated from Ray Reed Beauty School in Nashville. Susan was a member of Erin United Methodist Church. She was a founding member of The Houston County Historical Society, past president of the Houston County Chamber of Commerce, and a past president of the Jaycettes.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 56 years, Kent Bell; her loving children Ryan Bell (Michelle), Dina Tue (Jamie); and her loving siblings Dusty Holder and Kim Wolf (John). She was also a grandmother to five grandchildren, Liam Bell, Kyleigh Bell, Elan Bell, Marley Tue, and Cooper Tue.
Susan was a fabulous cook, loved to entertain, and was known for opening her home to everyone. She, along with her husband, Kent, loved traveling around the world with friends and family. Her infectious smile, laugh, and love will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
