Lawana “Sue” Markin, age 75 of Erin, TN, passed away September 5, 2026 at her residence in Erin.
Sue entered this life on October 18, 1950, in Erin TN, daughter to the late Luther Bailey and Earlen Lomax Bailey.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Luther Bailey, and brother-in-law, Sam Bass.
Survivors include her loving sons, Tony Markin (Shannon), Erik Markin (Mauri), Dwayne Barnes; sisters, Patricia McArthur, Dorothy “Dot” Bass, Faye Winstead (Don); and sister-in-law, Patti Bailey. Sue also leaves behind her precious grandchildren, Aubrey Nelson (Dylan), Ariel Markin (Joshua), Jamie Markin, Nathan James, Joseph James, Gracie James, Arabella Markin, Anthony Markin, Atreus Markin, Aurora “Sue” Markin, Amiyee Markin, Aidan Markin, Jordan Barnes; along with her loving companion, Larry Greene.
