Steven entered this life on January 26, 1985 in Springfield, OH.
Survivors include his parents, Cherri Williams Byard and Ricky Byard; daughter, Sarah Williams; grandmother, Janice Wood; brother, Brandon Byard, and sister, Whitney Byard.
