Steve Black

Stephen Allen Black, age 60 of Clarksville, passed away on May 25, 2014 at his residence.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. David Fambrough officiating. Burial will follow at Keesee Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 26, 2014 and from 9 a.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Steve was born on June 29, 1953 and was the son of the late William Henry Black and Velma Lucille Hall Black. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and retired from Trane Company after 41 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Haynes Black; son, Anthony (Christina) Black; daughter, Tonya Blackwell; grandchildren, Tyler Blackwell, Hunter Blackwell, and Sager Blackwell.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Blackwell, Hunter Blackwell, Donald Wolff, Ted Wallace, Billy Joe Porter, Danny Black, Charles Black, and Billy Joe Black.
Memorial contributions may be made to Keesee Cemetery Fund in the care of Beverly Byard, 816 Palmyra Road, Clarksville, TN 37040.
