Stanley Underwood

Stanley Wayne Underwood, age 73 of Cunningham, TN, passed away October 13, 2023 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Stanley entered this life on October 23, 1949 in Clarksville, TN, son to the late Lee Roy Underwood and Annie Ophelia Baggett Underwood. Stanley was a humble man who watched over and protected his family; he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Underwood.

Survivors include his loving children, Stephen (Simone) Underwood, Dawn Marie (Tony) Swafford, Andrea Underwood, Racheal (Ron) Forrest; sisters, Peggy (Larry) Riels, and Teresa (Eddie) Sinks; Stanley also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Joshua Underwood, Sierra (Douglas) Edwards, Zachery Sturdivant, Conner Sturdivant, Nicholas Dennis, Katelyn Dennis, Kristen (Shea) Sikes, Meagan Ybarra, Tayler Forrest, Nathan Forrest; five great-grandchildren, five nieces and nephews, and one great-niece and three great-nephews.

A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
