Sherry Stroud Yount

Sherry Lee Stroud Yount, age 60 of Woodlawn, passed away on July 28, 2014 at her residence with her family by her side.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Albert Tiner officiating. Burial will follow at Dotsonville Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
Sherry was born on July 10, 1954 in Tampa, FL.
She is survived by her life partner, Billy Yount; sons, John (Leslie) Simmons and David (Brandy) Jones; daughters, Cynthia Gutierrez, Amy (David) Colvin, and Lashane Fulton; 13 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be John Simmons, David Jones, Dakota Colvin, David Colvin, Cory Rees, and Derrick Abelson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Susan G. Komen for the Cure at 4009 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215.
