Sarah Louise Benham

Sarah Louise Benham age 77 of Guthrie, KY, passed away April 16, 2025 at Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Guthrie Fire Department with Bro. Clint Lester officiating.

Sarah entered this life on April 2, 1948 in Clarksville, TN, daughter to the late Charles Jones and Mary Louise Jones.

In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Benham Sr; and sister, Mary Effie Benton.

Survivors include her loving children, Dewayne (Donna) Darden, William Carl Darden, Cecil (Elizabeth) Benham Jr, Charles David (Allison) Benham, Randy Benham; siblings, Charles “Bubba” (Francis) Jones, Ronnie (Myong) Jones, Stella Hampton Utley; and brother-in-law, Aldon Benton. Sarah also leaves behind her precious grandchildren, David (Brittney) Darden, Misty (Ronnie) Welborne, Tiffany (Matt) Moffett, Elizabeth Wells, Brittany (Alex Fergus) Cartwright, Kaitlin Cartwright, Josh (Tina) Cartwright, Jamie (Dana) Benham, Megan (Leigha) Proffitt, Robyn (Dustin Penn) Sasser; great-grandchildren, Graci Wynn, Barry Francis, Bryson Francis, Natalie Cartwright, Scarlett Fergus, Danielle Cartwright, Kinsley Cartwright, Micah Benham, Ezra Benham, Aiden Benham, Raelynn Benham, Colton Benham, Easton Benham, Skylar may Ranow, James Craig, Michael Craig, and Addyson Sasser.
