Timothy “Sammy” Wayne Hayes, 51 of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016.

Sammy was born on August 29, 1964 in Holland City, MI, the son of the late Larry Turner Hayes and Wanda Fay Perry Williams.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Bradley Shleton Hayes and Larry Hayes; daughters, Victoria Hayes and Tina Hayes.
He worked for 22 years as a roofer.
