Ruth Hudson

Virginia "Ruth" Hudson, age 80, of Clarksville, went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 27, 2013 at St. Thomas Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 in the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Eads officiating. Burial will follow in the Edgewood Cemetery, Dickson County, TN.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Ruth was born December 4, 1932 in Dickson County, TN, daughter of the late Ted Roosevelt Wilson and Lucille Turner Wilson. She was retired from a career with Josten's Printing and Publishing and was a member of the church family at the Kenwood Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Talmadge Dee “T.D.” Hudson and a son, Richard D. Hudson.
Ruth is survived by her children, Charles Hudson and his wife Cindy and Brenda Hudson, of Clarksville; daughter-in-law, Connie Hudson of Adams, TN; grandchildren, Benjamin Hudson (Kourtney) of Jasper and Elizabeth Hudson Burke (Daniel) of Nashville; and sisters Jean Choate and Faye Keele, both of Dickson Co., TN.
Pallbearers will be Benjamin Hudson, Daniel Burke, Jerry Long, Jimmy Long, Gary Hudson, Billy Buttrey, Anthony Choate, Alton Choate, Joel Choate, and Ted Keele.
