Roy Morrison

Roy E. Morrison, age 74 of Clarksville, TN, went to be with the Lord due to complications of Parkinson's Disease on January 27, 2014 at his home in the Salem Community.A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 3 p.m., with visitation starting at 1 p.m., at Salem United Methodist Church, 2269 Seven Mile Ferry Rd., Clarksville, TN 37040 with Justin Collett officiating. He chose to donate his body to Genesis Medical Education Research Institute.Roy was born in Montgomery County on November 5, 1939, son of the late Finis Y. Morrison and Jessie Holt Morrison. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church. He was a builder, mechanic, and welder, and loved gardening.He spent 52 loving years with his wife, Jane Rye Morrison, they have a son, Trampas Rye Morrison (Patty) and a daughter, Jessica M. Dukes (Brad).
