Roserita Klara Wood, age 69, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013 at her home in Clarksville while surrounded by her loving family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Wint officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
Roserita entered this life on March 7, 1944 in Germany, daughter of the late Lorenz and Ursula Vogler Hoos. She was a homemaker and enjoyed Artex home interior decorating and dog training for obedience and agility. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband of over 49 years, Harris E. Wood of Clarksville; daughters, Judy Cox of Clarksville, Claudia Wood of Clarksville, and Renee Case (Jason) of Joelton; grandchildren, Kevin and Andrew Cox of Clarksville; brother, Hans Hoos of Germany; and her cousin, Ursula Schweiger of Germany.
Members of the family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
