Robert Bernard Anderson, Jr., age 68, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at his home in Indian Mound.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West with the Rev. Larry Mulberry officiating. Military honors will be rendered.
The Anderson family will receive friends from 12 to 1 p.m. Friday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home.
Robert entered this life on June 26, 1945 in Fort Meyers, Florida, son to Robert B. Anderson and Katherine Christine Kuhlmann. As a young man, Robert served in the U.S. Army and bravely gave service to his country with two tour in Vietnam. He went on to work as a master auto mechanic for some 40 years. Also, Robert was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time performing archery, hunting, trapping, and fishing. Robert brought the first compound bow to Clarksville and established its first archery shop, K&W Archery.
Survivors include his children, Robert B. Anderson III, Sean D. Anderson, and Sheila Marczak; siblings, Katherine R. Anderson and Eric C. Anderson; and his significant other, Tracey Warpool.
