Ricky Allen Scarborough, 60 of Tennessee Ridge, Tn. passed away Saturday March 26, 2016 at Signature Health Care. He was born February 18, 1956 in Erin, Tn. son of the late Thomas and Patsy Ann Birks Scarborough. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Belinda McGowan Scarborough. No service is planned. Survivors include one son Joey Scarborough and three sisters Terri Singleton, Sherri Sykes, Gail McAuly, and two grandchildren Karson and Cobi Scarborough.
