Ray Dortch

Ray Dortch, age 76 of Cumberland City, TN, passed away November 5, 2025 at his residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Donna Hyde, Bro. Kevin Caldwell, and Bro. Dexter Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Dortch Family Cemetery.

The Dortch family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at noon.

Ray entered this life on May 20, 1949 in Erin, TN, son to the late Earnest and Evie Dortch.

In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his siblings, Edward Dortch, Esie Pauline, Lillie Cartwright, Taylor Dortch, and Raymond Dortch.

Ray leaves behind his siblings, Michael Dortch, Mary Edwards, Fay Dortch, Willie Dortch, Leonie Kelly and Punice Dortch.

Family will serve as pallbearers.
