Randy Rittenberry

Randy Joel Rittenberry, age 44, passed away on Sunday, November 12, 2023 at his home.

A Memorial service will be held 12 noon on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home  with his brother, Michael Rittenberry officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Randy entered this life on June 6, 1979 in Montgomery County, TN to the late Joel Thomas Rittenberry and Linda Faye Rittenberry. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Randy enjoyed fishing, grilling, singing karaoke, being at the creek, and making people happy. His greatest joy in life, were his grandchildren, who lovingly knew him as “Big Guy”. His friends and family would often refer to him as “Putter”.

Survivors include his son, Joel Thomas Rittenberry II and his wife, Christina; grandchildren, Caleb and Skyler Rittenberry; grandmother, Mattie Louise Rose Bateman Carney; siblings, Michael J. Rittenberry (Lynn), Cathy Joann Stewart, Brenda, Joe, and Danny Rittenberry.
