Raissa Gray

Raissa Gray, 79, Clarksville, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McReynolds-Nave and Larson Chapel with Dr. Roger Freeman officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home at the funeral home. The remains are to be cremated. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born April 12, 1928 in Poland, daughter of Efim and Irene Sawchuk. Mrs. Gray was the former cook for Montgomery County Jail for 20 years and a Christian. She loved her family and job. Survivors include her daughter, Victoria Keatts and son-in-law, Billy Keatts, Clarksville; son, Judson Gray, Clarksville; brother, Walter Sawchuck, Canada; ex-husband, Herbert Gray, Houston, Tex.; grandchildren, Stacey Keith and Husband, David Keith and Kim Shearon; great-grandchildren, Jacob Moton Keith, Trever Reese Keith, Jon Charles Shearon and Ryan Greer.
