The remains are going to be cremated.
He was born January 12, 1951 in Walton, FL son of Jeffry Marion and Linda Cohea Kemp.
Mr. Kemp was self-employed.
Survivors include his wife Donna Kemp; daughter, Tania (Jeremy) Bounde; sons, Preston Kemp Jr, Robert Lee Kemp; friends, Dennis Price, Pam Atkins, Patricia Watts and Gary Hopkins, seventeen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
