Phyllis Ann Johnson, 56 of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2025, at McReynolds-Nave and Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Austin Cemetery in Indian Mound TN.
Phyllis was born on November 4, 1968, in Montgomery County, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Lester and Retha Barfield Austin; and sister, Carol Ann Austin.
Survivors include her loving husband, Tony Johnson; sons, Andrew Johnson and Caleb Johnson; brothers, Wesley, Michael, and Timothy Austin.
