Philip was born July 21, 1947 in Upland, CA son of Max and Ruth Peterson Taylor. He was an Engineering Technician at Ft. Campbell, KY, he was a retired veteran having served in Viet-Nam.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving family, Max Taylor, Philip B, Taylor, Aaron (Megan) Taylor, Diana Weber Taylor, Kristi Taylor Brown, Spencer M. Taylor, Paedyn Boolen, Eleni Kitsos and William Kitsos
