Pauline Norfleet

Pauline Russell Norfleet, age 80, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2013 at her home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday.
Pauline was born on December 10, 1932 on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Cecil and Erla Bickerstaff Russell. Pauline loved her second family of bridge friends and her choir friends at Excell Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and traveling.
In addition to her parents Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Bailey Norfleet and a brother, Bernard Russell.
She was a wonderful mother and grandmother to her children Lorraine Stamper and her husband Claudie, Sheri Gill and her husband Donnie, and Lisa Johnson and her husband Kirby, and grandchildren, Emily Kinkade, Nathan Stamper, Matt Stamper, Lealand Johnson, and Katie Johnson. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald and Harry Russell.
