Patricia C. Vanderwege, age 64, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Jonathan Hardison officiating. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday and 11 a.m. until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Patricia entered into this life on June 24, 1949 at Ft. Dix, New Jersey, daughter to the late Llewellyn and Eleanor Merrifield Day. She was a Teacher's Assistant for the Fort Campbell School System and was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family.
She is survived by her husband, MSG (Ret) Bill "Willie" Vanderwege of Clarksville; her daughters, Liana Kvidera of Minnesota and Lisa Vanderwege of Kentucky; son, Bill Vanderwege of Clarksville; and brothers, Dennis Day of Ohio, Dale Day of Maryland, and Dwayne Day of Texas. She was also the loving grandmother of Destin Kvidera, Savannah Vanderwege, Brily Vanderwege, and Faith Vanderwege.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.

The Vanderwege family suggests casual dress for those who will be in attendance for either the visitation or the funeral service.
