Oscar Franklin Caggiano

Oscar Franklin Caggiano, age 87 of Dover, TN, passed away August 8, 2025 at his residence.

Frank entered this life on April 22, 1938 in Port Jefferson, NY, son to the late Nicholas and Ellen Long Caggiano. In his youth, Frank attended Hun Prep School, then attended Columbia University where he received a business degree. He faithfully served his country in the United States Army for two years, and the Florida National Guard for eight years.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his siblings, Elwood Caggiano, and Mary Evelyn Gaddard.

Frank leaves behind his loving wife of 65 years, Ellen Caggiano; children, Richard Caggiano; David Caggiano (Kelly), Cynthia Schultz (Kevin), Dawn Smulech (Joe); six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Frank never met a stranger, and was a friend to everyone. He lived his best life in Tennessee over these past ten years; he will be greatly missed.
