Norman Knight

Norman Knight, age 75, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Signature Healthcare in Clarksville, TN.
A celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Dale Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will begin Wednesday from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., and from 8:00 A.M. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Knight entered this life on January 20, 1939, son of the late L. Guy and Allene Waggoner Knight. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda Stringfield Knight, and his parents.
Mr. Knight was a faithful member of the Bear Springs Baptist Church, and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp.
Survivors include two daughters; Dorinda Shacklett (David) and Ginger Wildman (Rob), and one sister, Dorothy Lee Satterwhite. Mr. Knight is also survived by seven Grandchildren; Stacey and Jamin Sides, Logan and Lindsey Wildman, Ashley, Brandon, and Lauren Shacklett, and one Great-grandchild, Corbin Shacklett. He also leaves behind and a very special friend, Eva Cooper.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jimmy Bagwell, Rob King, Brian Bowman, Kim Watson, C.J. Noles, and Dalton Noles.
