Norman entered into this life on August 25, 1945 in Portland, Oregon to parents Norman and Donna Jean Butler. He was retired from a career with the US Navy and was a decorated Seaman, a proud Vietnam veteran, and a Baptist.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Clark Butler, children, Brandy Butler, Tyson Butler, Bill Allen, David Allen, James Allen, and Arthur Allen. He is also survived by his sister Peggy, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
