Nora K. Strauser

Nora Lee (Killebrew) Killebrew Strauser, age 92, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, April 28, 2013.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madison Street, Clarksville, with Dr. Larry Robertson of Hilldale Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Stewart County, TN.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Nora was born in Trigg County, KY, the daughter of Thomas Samuel and Leila (Walker) Killebrew.
Nora retired from Civil Service in 1973, having worked at Ft. Campbell for 26 years. She was a Christian and member of the Hilldale Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol J. (Killebrew) Williams of Clarksville; sister Edna (Killebrew) Landis of Dover, TN; two grandchildren, Carrie (Williams) Erickson and Robert T. Williams, Jr. [Laura] of Des Moines, IA; five great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Nora was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Horace Killebrew; second husband Robert Strauser; four sisters, Cynthia (Killebrew) Meacham, Vera Thomas (Killebrew) Mohon, Margaret (Killebrew) Scarpuzza and Mary (Killebrew) Burke; and great granddaughter Abigail Lorraine Williams.
Pallbearers will be Norman Landis, Johnny Rudolph, Bobby Knight, David Burke.
