Mindy Blaum, born on September 3, 1979, died unexpectedly at her home in Norfolk, Virginia, on July 1, 2026. She was formerly of Clarksville, Tennessee.

Mindy’s sudden passing has left a profound void in the lives of those who knew her. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many with her kindness and gentle spirit. Mindy approached each day with joy and enthusiasm, embodying a host of qualities that will be dearly missed by all fortunate enough to have shared in her journey. Mindy adored her family and loved trips to Starbuck's and Bath & Body Works! She always looked forward to a thrift shopping adventure with family or friends and enjoyed every minute of beach time she was blessed to experience.

Survivors include her children, Kennyth, Bryana, Brooke-Lynn, and Dennis Blaum; her father, Joseph Moorhouse III; and her siblings, John and Jamie Moorhouse. She was preceded in death by her mother, Myra Moorhouse.

Mindy's family and friends will gather from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madison St., Clarksville, TN. The Celebration of Life will begin at 12:00 PM at the funeral home chapel. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, Tennessee.
