Cindy "Michelle" Salazar Mantilla, age 39, of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, December 23, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Her remains are to be cremated.
Michelle entered this life on July 30, 1974 in Madison, Tennessee. She was a homemaker and a Christian.
Survivors include her husband Daniel Salazar Mantilla; sons, Christian Drake Salazar Mantilla and Anthony Nathaniel Janusas; father, Floyd Long and his wife Shelley; mother, Kathy Woods; brother, Shane Long; and grandparents, Libby Walden and Floyd M. Long and wife Laveta.
