In Loving Memory of Michael Dean Swearingen,1977–2026.
It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Michael Dean Swearingen. Michael Dean Swearingen was born in Dickson, Tennessee, and spent his life in Houston County, Tennessee, where he made his home and built lasting memories. Michael was 48 years old. He was a son, a brother, a father, and a grandfather whose memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He was the son of Patricia Diana Swearingen, brother to Deanna Coakley, and a loving father to his daughters, Shiane Nicole Swearingen and Summer Leann Swearingen. Michael was also a proud grandfather to Ryder Patron Ochoa and Michael Dean Douglas Spoon, with another grandchild, soon-to-be Ezekiel Christian Ochoa, on the way. His grandchildren will forever carry a piece of him with them, and his love and memory will live on through each of them. He enjoyed the simple things in life, especially listening to music, working on things, and being around water. No matter where he was, you could always find him wanting to be near the water. Those little things were a part of who he was and are memories that will be cherished forever. Though his time here was cut far too short, the memories he left behind will never be forgotten. He will be remembered for the moments we shared, the lessons he taught us, and the memories that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. He leaves behind family and loved ones who will miss him more than words can ever express. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that his memory will always be a part of us. As he always said, "What goes around comes around"; A saying that will forever remind us of him. Rest peacefully, Michael. Until we meet again. You may be gone, but you will never be forgotten.
