She was born in Phoenix, AZ on July 18, 1955; daughter of the late Clyde and Dorothy Barrow. Merrie was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed crafting, weekend drives and spending time with family.
Survivors include her loving husband William Frank Smith; children Billy Smith, Jamie Chelf, Holly Frost, and Hillary Cox; sister, Debbie Kokalis.
