Mayola entered into this life on July 11, 1955, in Houston County, TN, to the late Hubert Eugene and Bertha Varden Oliphant.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Maize, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Rita (Brian) Sholar; grandchildren, Clara Singer and John Singer; brother, Lester Oliphant.
