Mary Harris

Mary Elizabeth Harris passed away Monday July 1, 2013 at Houston County Community Hospital. She was born March 31, 1914 in Montgomery County, TN. daughter of Jim Rye and Elizabeth Baggett Rye. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Burney Harris. A celebration of her life will be held 10am Thursday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Willie Lyle officiating. Visitation will be from 4:30pm until 8pm Wednesday and from 8am until service time Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery. She was a member of Griffins Chapel Church. Survivors include two sons Clayton Harris and James (J.B.) Harris. Three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Ricky Harris, Ricky Harris II, Marty Harris, Kenny Harris, Carroll Lee Parker, and Randall Henson.
