Mary French

Mary Evelyn French 87 passed away Monday July 28, 2014 at Houston County Community Hospital. She was born May 18, 1927 in Houston County, Tn. daughter of the late Robert N. Holmes and Carrie Bell Holmes. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Thurman French and daughter Malinda French. A celebration of her life will be 2pm Wednesday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Richard Neal officiating. Visitation will be from 4pm until 8pm Tuesday and from 8am until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at McIntosh Cemetery. Survivors include two sons Andy French and Tommy French, one daughter Darla Mahoney, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons Lee French, Nate French, Jay Hampton, Dave Howell, Jeremy Mahoney and Grant Jenkins.
