Margaret Dickerson Hamer, formerly of Erin, Tn, passed peacefully at the Community Hospital in Palatka Floridia on Friday, May 27, 2022. There will be a celebration of Life service at 11:00 am on Friday, June 3, 2022
at Nave Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Kirk officiating with a burial to follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 8:30 until the time of service Friday morning.
Margaret was born to John Dickerson and Novella Signal on October 15, 1931 in Detroit MI. She later married Cecil Robert Hamer and moved to Erin, TN.
She is preceded in death by her dear parents and her loving husband; Cecil Hamer, as well as one daughter; Brenda S. Daru.
Left to Cherish her memory are her son; Cecil Hamer Jr. (Vickey), daughter; Sharon Shebester (Steven) as well as her grandchildren; Jimmie (Tammy) Isaac, Jason (Nikki) Hamer, Joey (Teresa) Hamer, Sherri Star (Lawrence) Farley, and great-grandchildren; Destinie (Kyle) Wendler, Hanna Isaac, Lillian Hamer, Haleigh (Jonathon) Toles Timothy (Amanda) Soiner, Grant (Megan) Farley, and great-great grandkids; Nash Wendler, Reed Sonier, Skyler Sonier, Rosealee Farley as well as many nieces and nephews.
