Margaret Bowers

Margaret J. Bowers, age 89 of Cunningham, passed away on April 4, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center.
A celebration of Life will be at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Monday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and also from 1 p.m. until the hour of service on Tuesday at the church.
Margaret entered this life on December 7, 1924 and was the daughter of the late Herschel and Beulah Baggett Jackson. She was retired from Acme Boot and Avon and was a member of Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Donald Jackson and her sister, Lucille Mickle.
Survivors include son, Jackie Bowers of Cunningham; daughter, Barbra James of Palmyra; grandson, Trevis James; and great-grandchildren, Chasity James and Cody James.
Pallbearers will include Trevis James, Cody James, Keith Jackson, David Layne, Josh Layne, and A.B. Baggett.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home located at 1209 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37040 to help with the funeral expenses.
