Lula Mae Price

Lula Mae Price, 97, formerly of Clarksville, TN passed away on Saturday, September 6, 2025, in Newark, DE.

She was born on July 19, 1928, in Hickman County, TN; daughter of the late (James Erwin and Etta Mae McDaniel). Lula retired from Acme Boot Company after 20 plus years. She loved to read and was a member of Spring Hill Baptist church. She loved her family and enjoyed being with them any time she could.

In addition to her parents Lula was preceded in death by her husband Thomas “Tim” Price.

Survivors include her daughters, Gayle (James) White and Connie (Butch) Bowman; granddaughters, Tommi (Chris) McKinley and Sean (Angela) Bowman; great grandchildren, Patrick Smith, Connor Smith, Emily Smith and Katlyn McKinley. Lula also leaves behind one great-great grandchild, Theodore Paul Smith.

Celebration of Life will be held September 16, 2025, at 1 p.m.at Resthaven Memorial Gardens with Pastor John Nelson officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 -12:30 at McReynolds-Nave and Larson Funeral Home.
