Lucille Chappelle

Lucille Chappelle, age 80 of Erin, TN, passed away August 24, 2026 at her residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2026 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Bradley officiating.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and again from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday afternoon.

Lucille entered this life on March 16, 1946, in Wheelwright, KY, daughter to the late Clell Broglin and Caldora Johnson.

In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Chappell; sons, Leonard Tolley, Michael Broglin; grandson, Michael Ray Tolley; along with numerous siblings.

Survivors include her loving children, Louise Frazier, Diane Tolley, Sedella Helbig, Viola Tolley, and Charles Shook . Lucille also leaves behind her sister, Vernetta Newsome; and numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
