Louis "Orville" Thomas

Louis Orville Thomas Jr, age 91 of Erin, TN, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023 at NHC Healthcare in Dickson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Ted Denny officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

The Thomas family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., and again from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service Thursday morning.

Orville entered this life on July 16, 1931 in Hollywood, California to the late Louis Thomas and Lottie Clifford.  He grew up in California and worked for the May Company in Los Angeles for many years.  Orville enjoyed reading and traveling during his lifetime.  He loved God and his family wholeheartedly and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his loving wife, June Thomas; one daughter, Angie (Scott) Roberson; grandchildren, Braden Roberson and Ava Roberson.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Billy Allen, Jimmy Allen, Jeff Simpkins, Scott Roberson, John Wheritt, and Braden Roberson.
