Linda Maxine Sheppard, 73, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at her residence.
A Celebration of her life will be held 4 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2015 at McReynolds – Nave and Larson Funeral Home with Rev. James Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service Sunday.
Mrs. Sheppard was born May 8, 1942 in Springfield, Tn. and is preceded in death by her father William Buck Evans and mother Mildred Duke Evans.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years Harold Sheppard; daughters, Tammy (Jeff) Helmick, Kim (Chuck) Klumb; son, Terry Sheppard sisters, Patsy Faye Evans Tuberville, Margie Ann Evans Crain (Wallace) of Clarksville, Peggy Sue Evans Beasley and Phyllis Rose Evans Long of Springfield; brothers, William Eldridge Evans (Wanda), and Jimmy Ray Evans (Kathy) both of Springfield. Grandchildren, Jennifer Hottle, Stepanie Helmick, Brittany Topping, Chris Miller, great-grandchildren Katie, Noah, Emerson and Emelia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
