Linda Hazlett

Linda Cooper Hazlett, age 79, of Clarksville TN, passed away on Friday, August 14, 2026, while comforted by her loving family.

Linda was born November 20, 1946, in Clarksville, Tennessee. She was a faithful Christian and member of Madison Street United Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by her devoted husband, Jerry Hazlett; her daughter, Dana Vernon; as well as her beloved aunt, Evelyn Bell Gresham and a host of extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Randall Floyd Cooper and Nell Bell Cooper, and grandparents, Charlie and Aline Bell and Guy and Elma Cooper.

A private graveside service will be held with Rev. Harriet Bryan officiating.

A special thank you to her loving stepson, David Hazlett, and the medical team of Vanderbilt University Medical Center Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit.
