Larry Raymond Kaneer Sr., 59, Jackson, formerly of Clarksville, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007, at Jackson General Hospital, Jackson, TN. The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Faith Tabernacle Church, 1925 Hwy 18, Medon ,TN with Paston Harold V. Hodge Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the hour of service Saturday at the church. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born April 13, 1948 in Chicago, IL son of John William Kaneer Sr. and Evelyn Louise Damon Kaneer. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Karen Brown. Mr. Kaneer was a truck driver, a Christian and a U. S. Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife, Karen Lynn Larsen Kaneer; sons, Larry Kaneer Jr., Loren Kaneer and Robert Kaneer, all of Jackson; daughter, Lori Velazquez, Jackson; brothers, Harry Kaneer, Donovan, IL, Gene Kaneer, New York and Johnny Kaneer, Round Rock, TX; sister, Sharon (Kenneth) Cahill, Woodstock, GA; fourteen grandchildren.
