He will be laid to rest at a later date at Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Kevin entered into this life on April 7, 1968, in Cook County, IL to the late Garner and Olen Walls Shepherd. He worked in construction.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Shepherd.
Survivors include his sister, Wanda McNeil.
